Huami has announced the release in Russia under its Amazfit brand of two new models of stylish smartwatches – Amazfit GTR 2 and Amazfit GTS 2, which, in its words, combine traditional design and modern functions for tracking health and workouts.
Both models will be available in Russia in November at a recommended price of 13,990 rubles.
The Amazfit GTR 2 is available in stainless steel or black aluminum alloy and features a round 1.39-inch AMOLED display with 3D curved glass. Amazfit GTS 2 has a rectangular 1.65-inch AMOLED screen and is available in a black, gold and gray aluminum alloy housing.
The watch display is protected by 3D Corning Gorilla tempered glass with carbon and oleophobic coating. The user is offered a choice of over 40 different themes. Plus, you can set up quick access to your favorite apps and health tracking features.
The watch is equipped with the BioTracker 2 PPG optical sensor, which tracks heart rate 24/7. They also support the OxygenBeats function, designed to measure blood oxygen saturation. In addition, sleep monitoring technology tracks the duration of all phases, including shallow sleep, deep sleep, and rapid eye movement (REM).
Both models use the PAI health scoring system, which allows the user to track their workouts and monitor their health. The watch supports stress monitoring and 12 popular sports modes. Both models are water resistant to 5 ATM, making them suitable for use in swimming pools and open waters.
With a built-in microphone and speaker, the smartwatch allows you to receive phone calls via Bluetooth. And support for the built-in Amazon Alexa will allow the user to get answers to questions, search for information, make transfers, create shopping lists, set alarms and timers, find out the weather forecast, view notifications, control the smart home system and much more. Text responses will be displayed.
Offline voice control lets you activate sport modes, track your heart rate, and more without internet access.
