Caleb Plant: “You won’t be successful if you spend eight weeks preparing before a fight.”

IBF middleweight title holder (up to 76.2 kg), American Caleb Plant (20-0-0, 12 KO) spoke about his attitude to training.

“I try to keep myself at the championship level. And I want to keep getting better. Therefore, I never start a camp with an advantage and zero form and I do not spend all the time allotted to get myself in order. It won’t work if you spend eight weeks on it.

Some fighters reach the maximum and then go down to the very bottom. This approach will prevent you from improving. Boxing is a way of life for me. Whether the weather is good or not, you will always see me in training, ”said the fighter.
