On the set, Skala had to deal with wild animals.
Yesterday, Dwayne Johnson faced an atypical dilemma: whether to give up the hawk the opportunity to eat a snake in his yard, or to win the right to go to training.
On the set of the film “Jumanji” in 2017, the actor and his colleagues had a chance to visit the jungle on the island of Oahu. Most of the predatory animals appeared on the screen thanks to the magic of special effects, but the actors also met real animals on the set: from creepy tropical insects to wild boars. As it turned out, even such an experience did not prepare Duane for the encounter with the hawk.
The Fast and the Furious star tried to delay solving his problem by filming a bird of prey video for an Instagram feed. The actor pointed the camera at the hawk through the glass doors in the kitchen and began to comment on what was happening.
Skala explained that the only way for him to get to the gym was to walk down the path past a dining bird that was clearly unwilling to cooperate. Johnson tried to scare the hawk away by slamming the door, but only made him angry with such insolence.
After finishing the shooting at home, the actor asked to wish him luck in the fight against the feathered rival and joked that the hawks have very strong mana.
