Former world champion in five weight categories, Floyd Mayweather, who the day before could not prematurely defeat video blogger Logan Paul in an exhibition fight, claims that the fight ended with such an outcome, because his opponent entered the ring only in order to stand the entire distance.

“It was fun. I wanted to give people a show, but he fought to survive, as you can see. He clinched every time he hit. He was bigger than me and a little uncomfortable. If I’m not mistaken, he has a wrestling background. He knitted me well.

This guy came out with a weight of over 90 kilograms, whereas I weighed 70 kg, but I am not making excuses. I had some fun and went out there to put on a show. I really believe he was just trying to go all the way. It was a victory for him, so he is glad that he made it to the end, “- said Floyd Mayweather at a press conference after the fight with Logan Paul.
