George Foreman predicted who would win the Lewis vs. Tyson peak fight
BOXING

In 2002, Lennox Lewis and Mike Tyson had one of the most important fights in heavyweight history. Then the British champion defeated Iron Mike without any problems, knocking him out in the eighth round.

Unfortunately for the fans, at that time Tyson had passed his peak, and therefore among boxing fans there is still debate about who would have gained the upper hand in this confrontation if both boxers approached him at the peak of their capabilities.

According to legendary heavyweight contender George Foreman, in such conditions, the victory would still go to Lewis. He stated this, answering a question from one of the subscribers on Twitter.

“Who would have won a fight between Lennox Lewis in 1999 and Mike Tyson in 1989?” – asked the subscriber.

“I would choose Lewis. Too big height and arm span,” – said George Foreman.
