Hearn on Demetrius Andrejda: “I’m losing money on him”

British promoter Eddie Hearn, speaking about the sports prospects of one of the leaders of the pound-for-pound rating, American Terence Crawford, compared his financial unattractiveness to his middleweight fighter Demetrius Andreid.

“When you have a good fighter and it’s difficult to arrange fights for him, you lose money on him. And Demetrius Andrejd is a good example. Of course, we are losing money on it.

It’s very difficult to get the fighters to meet him. My task is to find a rival for him in 2021, be it Golovkin, Charlo or Mungia. It is these encounters that will define his legacy and status as a pound-for-pound fighter. Crawford and Top Rank have the same problems, ”Hearn said.
