British welterweight fighter Ohara Davis joined the numerous camp of critics of Vasyl Lomachenko, who, after the unexpected defeat of the Ukrainian by Teofimo Lopez, had the opportunity to say whatever they think of him.
Davis said he considers Lomachenko an overrated boxer. Despite the fact that Vasily retained his place in the top 10 of most authoritative ratings of the best boxers in the world, regardless of weight category, while losing several positions, the British fighter believes that he should not be included in the “pound” at all.
“Lomachenko was the best, but now he was beaten. He was an overrated fighter, not up to the world level. He does not deserve a place in the P4P rankings. This is for you boxing fans,” Ohara Davis wrote on his Twitter page.
Lomachenko was the best thing since sliced bread 🍞, now he’s got beat, he was an overrated fighter, not world level and doesn’t deserve to be on the P4P list, that’s boxing fans for you.
