DJI, the world’s largest consumer drone manufacturer, has unveiled the next generation of its popular drone. The DJI Mavic Air 2S features a one-inch image sensor, which is twice the size of last year’s image sensor. The DJI Mavic Air 2S can now shoot 5.4K or 4K video at up to 60 frames per second. At the same time, the cost of the updated model has grown significantly and is $ 999, which is $ 200 more than last year’s cost. The DJI Mavic Air 2S has a new automatic flight mode, SmartShots. The drone can perform Wide Auto Pivot, Narrow Pivot, Top-Down Survey, and several other auto programs. In photo mode, the drone takes pictures with a resolution of 20 MP. The new drone has additional sensors on its top, which help in detecting obstacles. The DJI Mavic Air 2S will run for 31 minutes.
