Tevin Farmer: “I’ll be much stronger at lightweight”

Former world champion in the second featherweight (up to 59 kg), American Tevin Farmer (30-5-1, 6 KO) believes that his transition to the next division is only a matter of time.

“Yes, I will lift lightweight, no doubt about it. From the very beginning, this was part of my plans, so there I can prove myself.

I can’t wait to change the weight class. I fought in lightweight with Ivan Redkach, and I know that I am stronger in him. Now I need to win the title, after which I will be able to seriously think about changes, ”said the fighter.

Recall that Farmer has not played since January last year, when he lost on points to fellow countryman Joseph Diaz (31-1-1, 15 KO) and lost the IBF title.
