This is expected at the end of the week by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom, Dominic Raab

British Foreign Minister Dominic Raab on Thursday should announce that quarantine will last at least until May 7, the Times reported.

Raab, deputy prime minister Boris Johnson, who is recovering after he discovered COVID-19, said earlier on Monday that he should not expect the government to make any changes to the quarantine regime until he sure the situation is safe.

A total of 11,329 people died in hospitals in the UK after a positive coronavirus test, according to a ministry of health statement.
