Uzbek weekend: Shahram Giyasov defeats Patricio Moreno in three incomplete rounds

The co-main event of the big boxing evening from the Matchroom promotion in Tashkent, Uzbekistan has ended.

Candidate for the title in the light welterweight (up to 63.5 kg), 27-year-old Uzbek Shahram Giyasov (10-0-0, 8 KO) faced off in a 10-round fight with 26-year-old Mexican Patricio Lopez Moreno (28-4-0, 20 KO).

Moreno tried to work out as the second number, but, significantly yielding to the opponent both in speed and in class, he began to take on almost everything that flew at him. Added to this was the dissection in the forehead after the collision of the heads.

The second round was marked by fierce attacks from both sides, and at the end of the three-minute curtain the favorite caught the opponent with a blow to the body, forcing him to kneel.

Giyasov did not drag out the already one-sided duel and actively went on the offensive, once again crushing Moreno with a blow to the body and this time finishing what he had begun. Giyasov TKO 3.
